Shipping costs

All orders in BeNeLux are shipped free of charge. For orders to France, Germany, Spain there is free shipping from € 200. Below are the rates for shipments below € 200.
France : € 16
Germany : € 16
Spain : € 27

We only ship within Belgium and to the Netherlands, GHD Luxembourg, France, Germany and Spain.


Would you like to return a product or package? This is possible. First contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the package. Please inform us immediately of the article number you wish to return and your order number.

Important: the product must be returned in its original - undamaged - packaging.

Bring in to our shop:

Simply bring the items you wish to return along with the purchase receipt and bring them to us: NV Van Maele Benelux - Tenhovestraat 22 - 8700 Tielt - Belgium. Before returning to our shop, we ask you to first send an e-mail to our customer service department with your order no. and items.


Collection by our carrier at your home:

After we have received your message, we will request a collection order from our carrier. You will receive an e-mail with instructions for this. We ask you to follow these instructions carefully.

You pack your product unused and undamaged in the original packaging. Write your order number on the parcel and send it back to NV Van Maele Benelux - Tenhovestraat 22 - 8700 Tielt - Belgium. Per returned parcel (max. 30 kg) we deduct € 15 administrative costs from the refundable amount. If a date is agreed and the driver is unable to pick up the order, our carrier's costs will be charged. This is in addition to the € 15 administration fee.

Upon receipt of your return and when it appears that the returned products are complete, undamaged, unused and still in their original packaging, we will proceed to refund you.


Right of withdrawal

Private customers (consumers) have the right to cancel a purchase agreement within 14 days. Not satisfied with your purchase? If so, please contact us using the instructions above. We will be happy to help you return the item to us.

Important:Returns will only be considered if they have been validated and organised by our customer service team.


Refund of an online purchase

If you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not yet received a refund, feel free to send an email to our customer service department.

Please note that if you have delivered the items to be returned to our carrier, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
